Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or not in their original condition may not qualify for a return.

Shipping
